V-TRAX Leasing Terms and Conditions
Steamboat BMP Company, Doing Business As (DBA) V-TRAX, provides V-TRAX pads under the following leasing terms and conditions. By leasing V-TRAX, the lessee agrees to comply with the terms outlined below:
1. Lease Rates and Inclusions 1. The standard lease rate is $150 per pad, per month. Custom pricing may be provided based on project specifics. 2. Each leased pad includes stakes and/or multi-sheet connection tabs at no additional cost.2. Delivery and Installation
(Fees below reflect the Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs - other areas will be determined based on location.) 1. Delivery is a flat fee of $500 per round trip. 2. Pads will be installed in the locations designated by the lessee or as determined appropriate upon delivery. 3. In soft ground, two -four stakes per pad will be installed. 4. In hard, rocky, or otherwise difficult ground conditions, stakes will be left onsite for the lessee to install.
5. Upon request, V-TRAX will install the stakes for an additional $50 per pad in these conditions.
3. Billing
1. Upon delivery or pick-up, an invoice will be sent to the Lessee, payable upon receipt.
2. Reoccurring monthly invoice will be sent on the 1st or 15th of each month, whichever date is closest to the delivery date, until pads are returned.4. Cleaning and Condition Requirements 1. Pads must be returned free of excessive sediment build-up.
2. A $50 per pad cleaning fee may be assessed for any pads excessively packed with sediment/mud.5. Anchoring Requirements 1. Only the stakes or anchors provided by V-TRAX may be used. 2. Use of unauthorized anchors that require removal from pads by V-TRAX, will result in a $50 per pad fee.
3. Lessee is responsible for damage to pads caused by the use of unauthorized anchors.
4. Irreparable damage will result in replacement*. 6. Movement and Relocation 1. V-TRAX can relocate pads as needed for $300 per visit/trip. This assumes a typical two-four pad setup.
2. Multiple VTC pad relocates are determined, communicated, and agreed upon by lessee and V-TRAX prior to moving pads.7. Pick-Up and Additional Trips 1. Pad pick-up is provided at no additional charge when scheduled as a single round trip. 2. Additional trip(s) for partial pick-ups, site or pad access issues, pad location(s) not as described, etc. - will be charged $300 per round trip, or more depending on location.8. Damage, Loss, and Replacement 1. Pads returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may result in replacement*. 2. The lessee is responsible for the full replacement* cost of any lost or stolen pads.
* 3. Replacement cost are $3,900 per pad.9. General Conditions 1. Lessee is responsible for ensuring access to the site for delivery, installation, relocation, and pick-up. 2. Lessee assumes responsibility for the care and security of leased pads during the rental period.10. Return of Accessories 1. All 3/4"stakes and multi-pad connection tabs (if provided) with leased pads must be returned at the time of pick-up. 1/2" rebar stakes are not charged but their return is appreciated. 2. Unreturned items will be billed at $10 per 3/4" stake and $35 per connection tab.
11. Accidents and Liability 1. Steamboat BMP Company, LLC DBA V-TRAX is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses that occur during the rental period. 1. The lessee assumes all risk and liability associated with the use, placement, and condition of the leased pads while in possession.
2. The lessee assumes all risk and liability associated with the installation of anchoring pads into the ground. This includes, utility locates have been identified and are clear for stake penetration.
By accepting delivery of V-TRAX pads, the lessee acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
